Join us at beautiful Chicot State Park in cozy lakeside cabins for meditation, yoga, sound bathing, nature walks, journaling, and more.
What to Expect:
We will observe silence for the weekend except for designated times to allow for an immersion into the retreat experience. We will have various meditation practices sitting, walking, guided, and silent, as well as instruction, journaling, chanting, nature walks, yoga, and mindful eating. Lodging is in lakeside cabins with bunk-style rooms. We will have one cabin designated as the mediation hall and another cabin for meals.
