Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
as prepared by Lyndon Marcotte
Ingredients:
- 2 cans Chickpeas (Garbonzo Beans)
- 1 TBS Tahini
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Black and/or Red Pepper to taste
Roast red bell pepper over open flame till slightly tender. Mix all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency. Serve with warm pita bread.
