Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  • 2 cans Chickpeas (Garbonzo Beans)
  • 1 TBS Tahini
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Black and/or Red Pepper to taste

Roast red bell pepper over open flame till slightly tender. Mix all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency. Serve with warm pita bread.
