Chickpea Salad

- 2 cans garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of chopped red onion
- 1 cup of chopped green pepper
- 3 TBS of olive oil
- 3 TBS of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and enjoy.
